Fruit Pulp / Puree
Fresh and ripe fruits are delivered in large-scale pallet boxes and subjected to quality controls. The fruits are brought to the appropriate stage of maturity, after which they are cleaned, sorted by hand, and finally ground and passed through a sieve. The size of the sieve can vary and can therefore be adapted to specific customer requirements. The fruit pulp obtained in this way is subsequently pasteurized and put into interim storage in special tanks.
